1I arrange various charity events to raise money for good causes like improving cycle safety, access to architecture, the London Festival of Architecture and education. Many of these events are together with Sir Peter Hendy, former Chairman of Network Rail and now Minister for Rail, who very kindly drives his beautifully restored Routemaster bus around interesting part of London looking at new developments. We are supported by 'guides' from local boroughs, estates and building and land owners who provide a running commentary.

The next rides in 2026 will be the West End, the Royal Docks and the City of London. Dates will be announced shortly.

Temple Bar

I am Chairman of the Temple Bar Trust. We have taken over Temple Bar as an education centre, a place for meetings and dining and the home of the Architects' Livery Company. There are regular lectures on current topics around architecture and urbanism. To find out more go to www.templebar.london
